Packages are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. If you're order is over £32 we recommend you opt for recorded delivery to protect your parcel.
Postage prices vary based on the weight of your parcel and start from as little as £1. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed and are kept as low as possible.
We may at times split your order in to smaller parcels.
If in the unusual instance that your parcel does not arrive within the time frame you feel acceptable please do email me to notify me of this. We are afraid however we must let the time lapse that Royal Mail or our couriers state before we can take any further action. In the event of a parcel go missing we shall claim the value of the products back from the delivery service where applicable. You may be asked to verify non delivery of items.
If there are any errors with your order you must let us know within seven days of receiving your order otherwise we will be unable to rectify it.
For orders over £300 shipping is free. Applies for any orders in a single transaction.
For wholesale purchases; Shipping is £8 flat rate please select the wholesale button. Again orders over £300 will be shipped for free. Any orders placed that contain both in stock and pre order items, in stock items will be sent on ahead of pre order items at no extra charge to you.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for the cancellation nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing before the end of the seven days if you wish to cancel your order with us. We will then process a refund for the items. You will be liable for postage fees.
If you have received your goods before you cancel your order, then you must send the unused and unwashed goods back to our contact address below at your own cost and risk. We will process your refund upon receipt of the goods.
If anything in your order is missing or faulty, please let us know within five days of receipt of your order. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. In the unlikely event that your item reaches you faulty or damaged, we will be happy to take it back and send out a new one or refund your money, including return postage costs. You may be asked to take a photograph of any damaged goods.
We recommend that, if returning items to us, that you get a certificate of posting from the post office as then, should items not reach us, you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will refund postage where applicable on faulty goods that have been returned to us up to second class standard.
We cannot accept back any items that have been washed and not used, unless faulty.

Sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.
If an item develops a fault over time, then please call to discuss the issue and we can check if it is still under guarantee. Guarantees vary from brand to brand so if you are unsure please do ask us. The general rule of thumb is 6 months.
